Rye Whiskey Dinner, March 5
“Rye whiskey, rye whiskey, rye whiskey I cry…”
Mondays are rough. But as ol’ Tex knows, whiskey can make it better. Join us Monday, March 5 for a special pairing dinner matched with rye whiskey and rye-based cocktails.
Ryes featured include Sazerac Rye, Rittenhouse Rye, Jim Beam Rye, High West Double Rye vs. Knob Creek Rye, and more.
Some courses will be paired with a cocktail to show how well rye does in a cocktail, while others will be paired with the course neat/rocks.
Tickets are $75 plus tax and gratuity ($90 total) and include 5 courses, cocktail reception and pairings.
Tickets are not refundable but are exchangeable and can be given as gifts. All tables are communal and seat between 8-12 guests. In addition to the drink paired with each course, a cash bar is available and will feature super premium selections of rye.

marble potatoes, mandarin vinaigrette, crispy caper, burnt shallot, whiskey remoulade
Braised Niman Ranch Short Rib
crispy grouper cheek, black trumpet and chanterelle mushrooms, creamed greens and gnocchi
