We change our menu seasonally to reflect produce and seafood
that is in its prime; however, slight menu changes take place

nightly specials and fresh shucked oysters and clams. And we've

Supper Club and Oyster Bar sources only the freshest fish and
shellfish, using Steve Connolly Seafood direct from Boston. Steve
Connolly Seafood purchases its fish directly from the fishermen,
buying only the choicest fish. There is no middleman, so your
seafood is not delayed by further purchasing, holding and reselling.
Our fresh fish is simply harvested and shipped to us within 48
hours of receipt at the dock, packed in ice from the time of catch
to service. Temperature-controlled warehouses and refrigerated
trucking assure your fish comes in at its absolute freshest. Steve
Connolly is the only seafood purveyor in the country that employs
its own microbiologist to ensure peak quality, and it also has
a team of chefs that bring greater awareness to the products.
We pay top dollar for the best seafood available and then extra
to ship it to Ithaca. This is Maxie's unyielding commitment to
